1. Acceptance & Scope
By using the Nabd Tuwaig membership platform at members.nabdtuwaiq.sa, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The platform is designed to manage yearly membership subscriptions for individuals and organizations.
2. Account & Registration
Subscribing requires creating an account via email or phone with a one-time verification code (OTP). You are responsible for accurate information and keeping your contact details up to date. Fake accounts or impersonation are prohibited.
3. Memberships & Benefits
Each tier grants the benefits described on the membership page. Subscriptions are yearly. Activation depends on successful payment or approval of a bank transfer by our team. You can track your subscription status in your account dashboard.
4. Pricing & VAT
Tier prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and exclude VAT (15%) unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout and the final total is displayed on the payment page before you confirm.
5. Payment Methods
We offer bank cards and Apple Pay (membership activates immediately in the current setup), and bank transfer. Bank transfer requires completing billing details and uploading a transfer receipt. Membership is not activated via bank transfer until our team reviews and approves the receipt.
6. Bank Transfer Review
Our team may approve or reject a transfer receipt. If rejected, the member is notified of the reason and may upload a new receipt. We may reactivate a previously rejected membership after verification, with the decision documented. Uploaded receipts are retained for review and accounting purposes.
7. Billing Information
Checkout requires mandatory billing details based on subscriber type (individual or organization), including name, city, contact details, and for organizations: company information and a contact representative. This data is used for invoicing and subscription management.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel renewal before the next billing date. Benefits remain active until the end of the paid subscription period. Refunds are handled at Nabd Tuwaig's discretion in accordance with applicable regulations and the nature of the service.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for illegal, abusive, or non-compliant purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership or reject a payment request when terms are violated or misleading information or receipts are submitted.
10. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: dev@mdrr.sa
