The Nabd Tuwaig membership platform is operated within the Nabd Tuwaig media ecosystem. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
2. Data We Collect
We collect: name, email and/or phone number, preferred language, billing details (individual or organization), subscription and payment records, and billing snapshots linked to orders. For bank transfer we collect your transfer receipt (image or PDF). We do not collect sensitive data beyond what is needed to complete your subscription.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: create and verify your account via OTP, manage subscriptions and payments, review bank transfer receipts and activate membership, issue invoices, communicate about your order or subscription status, and improve service and security.
4. Storage & Receipts
Account and subscription data is stored in a secure database hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Bank transfer receipts are uploaded to private, protected storage within the Kingdom and are not public; only authorized review staff can access them to verify payment.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share the minimum necessary data with service providers required to run the platform (e.g. hosting, database, email delivery for OTP), who are bound to protect your data. We may disclose data when required by law.
6. Security
We apply security measures including encrypted login sessions, server-side handling of sensitive operations, and isolated receipt storage. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed fully secure.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to manage your login session and basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on the current platform.
8. Retention
We retain your account and subscription data for the duration of our relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Transfer receipts and review decisions may be kept in an audit log.
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or account deletion — subject to law and accounting obligations — by contacting dev@mdrr.sa. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
